Privacy Policy

To fulfil your order we collect the details you give at checkout: your name, delivery address, email and contact number, plus your order history. Payments are processed entirely by Wix Payments — we never see or store your card details.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we keep your name, email, order number (if provided) and message so we can help you and follow up.

We use your details to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and, only where you've opted in, to send occasional updates about new pieces. We never sell your data, and we only share what's necessary with the couriers and payment providers who deliver your order.

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — just email support@thezaelix.com. You can also opt out of marketing emails by clicking unsubscribe in any message.

This site uses a small number of essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, plus optional analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
