Shipping Policy

Orders are checked and packed by hand in our studio within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details as soon as it ships.

Standard tracked delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch and is free on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 carry a flat £3.95 tracked shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Express 1–2 day delivery is available at checkout on request of the courier rate shown.

We ship worldwide at the courier rate shown at checkout, typically 5–10 working days to Europe and 7–14 working days elsewhere. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every order ships fully tracked. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email you checked out with.
